29 März: “Leaf” Me Alone!

Goodness me, sorry for the lame pun. I just couldn’t stop myself…

This was found in an old cabinet in my barn, along with many others. They’d been sitting (well, not sitting; more lying in a huge heap…like elephant seals!) there for years like…er, skeletons.

March 28: Have You Noticed?

That I’ve been in a very things-on-branches mood? Well, if you haven’t, let me just tell you something. I am. Big shocker, right? 😛

At any rate, here’s todays ‘graph of (guess what?) a water droplet on a branch! Betchya’ didn’t see that one coming…

March 27: Seed Pods On a Barren Tree

That one on the right makes me think of a pumpkin…which is really unappealing when you think about it. I mean, aren’t you glad pumpkins are that nice rusty-orange? Much more appetizing than dirty brown.

He (I’m assuming its a he, like yesterday’s tulip…) was so patient with me. Whilst I sat there, snapping off countless ‘graphs, he just posed and looked cute. Well done, birdie!

Yes, I’m afraid I was rather intrusive when photographing this poor tulip. But he’ll manage, and I feel better because I offered to pay for his counseling…

March the 20th: The First Day of Spring

Even though, where I live, its been acting like spring for like, a month now…much to my disappointment and utter dismay.

And with spring, comes a very welcome sign: my first 100 followers! I’d just like to take a few moments (you’ll probably read this much faster than that…sheesh, people, its a figure of speech…) to thank you all so very, very much for your comments and frequent visits. It means so much to me. 🙂

Okay. With that lovely little bit of sappy commentary out of the way, its time to move on to the real reason (I’m assuming…maybe you just like my blog theme…) that you’re here: the photograph!

PS A funny little thing (ya’ know, FLT’s?)…that ancient “For Sale” sign, in the lower right hand corner, has the company name “Exclusively Yours.” That’s good right? I mean, do normal realty firms sell properties to multiple buyers, and then randomly choose the one they give it to? I guess that would be a convenient way to rake in some extra cash… 🙂
