Mmmm! Looks delicious; I use elbow noodles, cook them on stove top, add in half a block of old cheddar and mixed in. Then in a large dish I put a layer of macaroni, then a layer of shredded cheddar from the other half of the block you saved, a layer of canned tomato, big tin, more elbows, more cheddar, more tomato’s. Then end with a layer of cheddar over a layer of elbows… Cook in oven for 40 minutes at 350. Then set your oven to back and take the foil off the top for the last ten minutes and turn your oven up to 450. That way you get a crust on top. Yummy… Try it out! Tell me what you think?
Wow, that sounds insane. I will definitely try to make time to make that… its hard though, as most of the people I cook for don’t eat dairy or gluten. =P Every once in a while I indulge and make something off-diet though, and this might just be the right excuse. =)
It looks good enough to eat. 🙂
Well, that’s excellent. It was my intention. Thanks!
Looks like a cozy, cheesy bowl of mac and cheese goodness!
Tell you what I think. I want some. You made it look like lunch. Great shot!
Makes me hungry… 😉
Too dim? … No it’s not.
Medium and highlight tone are so beautiful.
I like this photo.
Thanks very much for your feedback, I am so glad you like it. =)

I don’t think it’s too dim–mac and cheese is such a homey, comfort food and you did an amazing job of capturing that mood. Love it. 🙂
Well, thank you very much, Patty. I appreciate it. =)
Nothing says comfort food like homemade Mac-N-Cheese
