These are just blooming, and they are actually quite challenging to photograph…its easy to get a straightforward shot, but including the details that make this flower stand out from the rest is difficult… How do you think it turned out? 🙂
I was wondering, like John, whether a 45 degree angle would show off the unique details. You did a great job of getting clarity of the inside workings. I never look at the inside so I’m not sure I would have recognized it as a columbine. I look forward to seeing other perspectives.
Great photo! I love that it’s on angle. Beautiful work!!
Thanks so much, I’m glad you like it… 🙂

I forgot to tell you that I love the header daisies.
Thanks!!
Hmmm…maybe I’ll be experimenting with this flower more than I thought… 🙂 Thanks for the comments, I appreciate them.
Nothing wrong with that. Nature has no straight lines so why should photography. 🙂
Yes, I agree!! Thanks for the thoughts!
I think it turned out well… not all flower shots have to be straight on… sometimes a little angle makes it seem more natural
Agreed, thanks for stopping by!
